Dear Reader and Beautiful Allyu (Community),

Lately I have been loving the gorgeous Kootenay weather we have been experiencing, and I am taking every moment to listen to the songs and stories of the wind, water, trees, stone, and earth. Sacred Nature is around and within you! Every stone hums. Every tree sighs. Every breeze carries a message.

What if the best medicine…was simply to remember, in each moment, to stop the doing and attend to the whisper within? Be in presence. Be with the breath. Be in the body. Be on this Earth.

What if the best medicine…has always been here in the quiet freedom of your heart? Even a single breath in presence can open your heart and return you to YOU.

Such grace to be found in deep listening!

Lately I feel we are all being called to join the great song of creation that is whispering, humming, speaking and singing through us, if we can allow this great channel to flow. The most recent one where we worked with the Malki-Kuna ancestor trees, and Songlines is still humming and reverberating through my body and energy field. My passion is to work with the master plants of the forest in this way and to sing and play and create Ceremony in sacred reciprocity.
