Dear Reader and Beloved Community,

October is blessing us with the golden light of autumn.

Here in the Northern Hemisphere, the trees are showing us how to release—how to let go of what no longer serves us. We are invited to celebrate the reds, yellows, and golds of this great turning, before the leaves fall and become compost and mulch.

The Earth and all her creatures are preparing to slow down, to rest.

I too am feeling that deep inner murmur—a call to slow down, listen, and listen again.

Plant Medicine and Earth Connections

For me, listening to the Plant Medicine teachers continues to bring gifts of beauty, joy, and healing. These sacred allies strengthen my capacity for resilience, clarity, and discernment in these times of great change.

I’m delighted to share that my upcoming women’s retreat (at the For-Rest Retreat in Salmo, Oct 17-19) is now fully booked (with a waiting list).
